The rules of the room.

These Terms of Use govern access to Infindity websites, applications, Infindity Studio, iPortal, social features, radio, playback, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and any policies linked from them.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Infindity for a label, company, collective, or artist team, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the permissions you grant to artist-team members.

Do not impersonate another person or artist, buy or sell accounts, evade restrictions, automate access without permission, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.

You retain ownership of music, artwork, lyrics, profiles, posts, comments, messages, community materials, and other content you submit. You grant Infindity a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, perform, adapt for technical formatting, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the service and the content you choose to make public.

You may remove content where product controls allow, but copies may remain for a limited time in backups, legal records, moderation evidence, or where another user has lawfully reshared or incorporated the content.

Only upload or deliver recordings, compositions, samples, artwork, names, likenesses, lyrics, metadata, and credits that you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for clearances, contributor approvals, royalty obligations, publishing rights, and the accuracy of release information.

Infindity may hold, restrict, demonetize, remove, or take down content while ownership, fraud, safety, or rights disputes are investigated. Copyright notices and counter-notices are handled under the DMCA policy.

Do not post unlawful, threatening, exploitative, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually abusive, privacy-invasive, or malicious content. Do not spam, manipulate engagement, distribute malware, scrape personal information, or use Infindity to coordinate harm.

Community owners and moderators may set additional rules. Infindity may moderate content and accounts to enforce these terms, protect people and rights, and maintain service integrity.

Listening access is personal and non-transferable unless a feature expressly says otherwise. You may not capture, rebroadcast, reverse engineer, bypass playback controls, inflate plays, or use the service to create unauthorized copies or public performances.

Catalog availability can change because of artist choices, territory, licensing, rights claims, or technical limitations.

If you purchase a paid feature, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation options shown at checkout become part of these terms. Taxes may apply. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already charged are non-refundable.

Infindity will provide notice of material pricing or renewal changes as required by applicable law.

Infindity may investigate suspected violations and may warn, limit distribution, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts and content. We consider severity, context, history, and legal obligations when taking action.

You may contact support to request review. Some information may be withheld when disclosure would compromise safety, security, another person’s privacy, or an investigation.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be changed, paused, or discontinued, and outages may occur. To the extent permitted by law, Infindity disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific discovery results, audience growth, earnings, or preservation of user content.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Infindity is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or harm caused by content or conduct of other users. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount permitted by applicable law.

Before filing a formal claim, use the Contact Us page and select Legal so the parties can attempt to resolve the issue informally. These terms are governed by applicable law without overriding nonwaivable consumer protections.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be identified by a new last-updated date and, when appropriate, an in-product or email notice. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
