Your data on Infindity.
This notice explains what Infindity collects, why it is used, when it is shared, and the choices available to you.
Scope
This Privacy Notice explains how Infindity handles personal information when you use its websites, apps, music playback, social features, communities, artist tools, Studio, iPortal, support channels, and beta program.
Information you provide
We collect account and profile details such as your name, email address, handle, city, avatar, biography, account roles, and authentication identifiers. If you run an artist page, we also process team roles, release metadata, credits, rights information, audio, artwork, lyrics, and ownership or access requests.
We collect posts, comments, messages, communities, playlists, saves, reports, contact-form submissions, beta requests, and other information you choose to submit. Please do not send sensitive information through ordinary support fields.
Activity and device information
We process playback events, listening position, saves, follows, likes, comments, reshares, searches, radio activity, library activity, and interactions used to provide the service and calculate legitimate engagement.
We may receive device, browser, operating-system, network, approximate location, cookie, diagnostic, crash, and security information from your use of the service and from providers that operate infrastructure, authentication, storage, and delivery.
How information is used
We use information to create and secure accounts; deliver audio; sync playback and lyrics; operate profiles, communities, messaging, discovery, radio, and artist tools; process releases and rights requests; provide support; prevent fraud and artificial engagement; enforce policies; and comply with law.
We also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand service performance and improve features. We do not treat de-identified information as personal information unless it is re-linked to an identifiable person.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including maintaining your account, providing requested features, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, preserving security logs, meeting financial or legal duties, and enforcing agreements.
Retention varies by record. Account and catalog records generally remain while the account or release is active; support, moderation, rights, and audit records may be kept longer when necessary to document decisions or legal compliance. Backups are removed on a rolling schedule.
Your controls and rights
You can update many profile and account details in the product and control the audience for supported social features. You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information through the Contact Us page.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision, or lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. We may verify your identity and retain limited records needed to document the request.
Security and international use
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so use a unique password and notify support if you believe your account has been compromised.
Infindity and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, appropriate transfer protections are used.
Children
Infindity is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A higher minimum age may apply in some locations. If you believe a child provided personal information without required permission, submit a privacy request through the Contact Us page.
Changes
We may update this notice to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The last-updated date will change, and material updates may also be communicated in the service or by email.
Privacy questions and rights requests can be routed to the privacy team through the Contact Us page.
