Manage billing and complimentary access

Your billing page

Open Billing & subscriptions from your avatar menu or Billing in Account settings. Review the status of each membership, its next billing period or expiry when applicable, and the available management actions.

Complimentary access

Granted by Infindity means that access is free while the grant remains active. A grant has no renewal charge of its own. It does not automatically cancel a separate paid subscription.

Payment management

Use the billing management link when it is available to manage your subscription through the connected payment provider. If checkout is unavailable, do not send payment details in feedback or chat; contact support.
