Recover access and manage the security of your account.
Reset a forgotten password
- Open sign-in and choose the password recovery option.
- Enter your account email and follow the verification instructions.
- Choose a new password that you do not use on another service.
Update account security
Open your avatar menu, choose Account settings, then Security. Available options depend on how you signed in.
Google and Apple sign-in
Use the same provider you used when creating your account. If the provider reports an error, record its wording and contact support. Never share verification codes or provider passwords.
