Understand release statuses and review feedback

Read the color-coded progress shown in Studio.

Draft and in review

Draft is private and editable. In review means the release was submitted for a staff decision. Processing audio and release review are separate steps.

Needs changes

Read the selected reason and guidance in your release record. Correct the issue and submit again. Approval is not guaranteed merely because all required fields are filled.

Approved, scheduled and live

An approved ASAP release can become available immediately. Scheduled means approval is complete but its publication time is still in the future. Live music is publicly available on Infindity, subject to account and rights restrictions.

Taken down or restricted

These statuses stop public availability. Open the record and relevant account notice for the reason and available next steps. A Studio status does not mean delivery to outside streaming services.
